Township Facility Closures

Due to Governor Wolf’s announcement regarding initiating mitigation measures related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), East Brandywine Township is closing the Township building to the public beginning Monday, March 16th, 2020 until further notice.

Non–essential meetings and operations will cease until further notice. If you require Township assistance or have an inquiry please continue to call or email the Township at 610-269-8230 or ebtwp@ebrandywine.org.

The following Township-sponsored events have been cancelled:

-The Historical Commission's Speakers Series scheduled for March 15
-The Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for March 29

THE EAST BRANDYWINE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS will conduct a special meeting on Friday, March 27, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. to discuss an Emergency Disaster Declaration as well as conduct all other regular business that may come before the Board.

THE EAST BRANDYWINE TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY will conduct a special meeting on Friday, March 27, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. to discuss any regular business that may come before the Board.

In an effort to minimize public exposure to COVID-19 and maintain social distancing, both meetings will be conducted via webinar and will be recorded for later rebroadcast. No attendance in-person will be allowed. Members of the public may join online using an internet-enabled device at anymeeting.com/ebrandywine or via phone at (800) 366-4068. Members of the public electing to join by phone should use the code 007 4232# when prompted. Members of the public participating by phone will have no mechanism to be recognized by the Chairman to provide public comment, those joining by internet-enabled device will be able to request an opportunity to speak. Questions may be submitted in advance to supervisors@ebrandywine.org. If you require special accommodation, please call the Township office at 610-269-8230.
