Hawthorne Drive is posted "No Parking" throughout the Culbertson Run development. Residents may not have sufficient parking on their driveways or cul de sac when hosting an event at their homes. For this reason, the Township has created this form for residents to request temporary permission for their guests to park on Hawthorne Drive.

All requests must be submitted 72 hours in advance of the planned event to be considered.

To maintain reasonable traffic flow along Hawthorne Drive during your event and to permit access of emergency vehicles throughout the development, please observe the following limitations:

1. Permission is granted for temporary parking along the outer loop of Hawthorne Drive only.
2. Please do not allow your guests to park less than 25 feet from any intersection to preserve sight distance.
3. Most requests are processed automatically and you may not receive further confirmation from the Township. Township Staff will contact you if there is a problem with your request.
