Beginning in February 2017, the East Brandywine Township’s Ordinance Task Force and several consultants have been preparing a series of proposed amendments to the Subdivision/Land Development Ordinance, the Zoning Ordinance, and the Definitions chapter of the Land Use Code. This work was supported by generous funding from the Chester County Planning Commission's Vision Partnership Program. The consultant team was comprised of Nate Cline of Pennoni (the Township Engineer), Joe Boldaz of Hydraterra (the Municipal Authority Engineer), landscape architect Tom Kummer, and planner David Sweet.
The public is welcome to attend this regular meeting of the Ordinance Task Force on October 17 at 7:30 PM to hear brief summaries of the various ordinance revisions, and ask questions of the consultants who assisted the Task Force with this project.
The project must be completed, and all ordinances adopted by January 15, 2019.
