Williams is pursuing an expansion of its Transco interstate natural gas pipeline which provides local natural gas service to New York City. In Chester County, this project will include upgrades to the Downingtown Meter Station in East Brandywine (28 Blakely Road) as well as at the existing Compressor Station 200, located in East Whiteland Township.
